AAUW (American Association of University Women)
  • American Association of University Women St George Branch advances equity for women and girls in Southern Utah through philanthropy, advocacy, and education. Each year we award scholarships, up to $1,000 each, to eligible female Utah Residents in the greater St George area who demonstrate a financial need and ability to finish their degree (Bachelors or Masters). This scholarship is open to part-time as well as full-time students. Scholarship applications are open January 3, 2022 for the 2022-2023 scholastic year. All applications, letters of reference and transcripts should be submitted no later than the March 2, 2022, deadline.

College of Business Scholarship

Applicants must be fully admitted to Utah Tech to be considered for this scholarship. Priority will be given to students with Advanced Standing status. Application opens February 1st and closes March 31st. NO LATE APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED.

Kvetko Family Foundation Business Scholarship
  • The Kvetko Family Foundation is looking to award scholarships to Juniors and Seniors who are majoring in Finance, Accounting or any other Business related field. Applicants must also be service oriented individuals.

Non-Resident Academic Western Region Graduate Program Waiver (WRGP)

REQUIREMENTS FOR WRGP:
  • Be admitted to a participating Utah Tech Graduate Program.
  • Be a legal resident of a participating state: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming, Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Palau & the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Program Details

The WRGP is an exchange program for graduate students. It allows students to pay 150% of resident tuition for their specific graduate program. Students are automatically considered for enrollment for the WRGP Waiver upon full acceptance into a qualified UT graduate program.

The only deadline is the graduate program acceptance deadline.

Participating Utah Tech Graduate Programs:

  • Masters of Accountancy (MAcc)
  • Masters of Athletic Training
  • Masters of Technical Writing and Digital Rhetoric

 

Participants on the WRGP Waiver must understand the following:

  • This waiver will keep you at 150% of resident tuition for your specific graduate program.
  • To maintain eligibility you must be a student in good status with your graduate program and making progress towards degree.
  • There are no credit or GPA requirements for each semester to keep eligibility.
  • If you are enrolled in less than 12 credits for any given semester, this waiver will prorate to the number of credits in which you are enrolled. This happens on a daily basis through the first 3 weeks of a semester, if you change your enrollment.
